What prompted you to reach out to Go Tech Training? What challenge or need were you hoping to address with the training?
We wanted to enhance our team’s confidence and efficiency in using key Microsoft 365 tools—particularly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. These platforms are central to our daily operations, and we recognised a need to upskill our teams to ensure they were making the most of the features available, especially for collaboration, data handling, and communication.
Did Go Tech Training provide a tailored solution to meet your specific needs?
Yes, they did. Go Tech Training took the time to understand our business context and the varying skill levels across our teams. They delivered tailored sessions that were practical, engaging, and directly relevant to how we use these tools in our day-to-day work. The trainers were flexible and responsive, adapting content to suit different learning styles and needs.
What was the outcome of the training? Are there any measurable benefits to your team or company you’d like to share?
The training has already made a noticeable difference. Our teams are using Excel more confidently for data analysis and reporting, and Outlook more effectively for managing time and communication.
With SharePoint, we’re at the beginning of our journey. We trained a group of champions from across the business who are now much more confident in using the platform and are helping to support and guide others as we roll it out more widely. This approach is helping us build internal capability and ensure a smoother transition.
